Emotion is the Fuel for Manifestation
You’ve got a goal. It’s big. You want to see it happen. Despite all of your visualizing, its just not happening. What’s going wrong? If you’ve ever found yourself stuck in achieving a goal, you might not have your heart in the right place. A strong desire is certainly a prerequisite for making anything happen, but there are two reasons we want to manifest something in our lives: we either want the positive benefits of having our goal, or we want to end the negative feelings associated with not having it.
If you are focusing on those negative feelings, then you are being dragged down by the lack of not having your goal.
Try this manifestation exercise as a workaround: feel the emotions of having already achieved your goal.
Better yet, feel those emotions as you did when they were associated with other victories.
Let’s say your goal is a financial goal. The clearer your goal is, the better, so write it down right now. Your goal has to be specific, it has to be big, and it has to be attainable. (Only you can define what is actually attainable or not; you’ll know if you are lying to yourself.)
1- On a fresh sheet of paper, write your goal in big letters at the top.
2- Draw a line down the center of the paper.
3- On the left side, write down all the emotions you will feel when you have attained this goal. Make the list as long as it needs to be.
4- On the right side of the paper, write down a memory you have of an event that made you feel each emotion. One memory for each emotion.
5- Now, relive those memories. Feel those emotions. Visualize your goal while immersed in these feelings.
Repeat this exercise every day for thirty days, and your goal will manifest itself. This is the process used by successful manifestors throughout history. Do you want to count yourself among their ranks?
