Energy: moving away from burning things
A) instead of burning oil, why not burn water?
With an in-home Hydrogen Fuel Cell refilling machine, just add WATER (cite: hydrogen fuel at home: http://www.cnn.com/video/?/video/tech/2010/02/07/lustout.hk.hydrogen.car.cnn ). Powered by electricity (yes it has a solar panel) breaks H2O into Hydrogen and Oxygen. And the machine compresses the gas into a fuel cell. You plug one fuel cell into your car and take an extra one in the trunk. No more buying gasoline.
And why not use it to heat your home? If you home is heated with Natural Gas, you could plug one of these fuel cells into your gas furnace. You would have a dozen filled fuel cells ready to plug in and refilling more as they run out.
Now you’ve just eliminated the entire oil drilling industry… Oh and the exhaust from burning Hydrogen?… yep it’s water.
B) free electricity?
A company in Ireland just completed a 6 week demonstration of their electric generator* (* cite: http://www.steorn.com/orbo/)… A small generator that runs off of a battery that not only keeps the battery completely re-charged, but produces 327% more electrical energy than is used to run it!
“the technology produces more energy than it uses. And the term for that is Over-Unity. Which …is classically believed to be impossible.”
((cite: 2nd law of thermal dynamics which states… absolutely physically impossible… but evidence proves it works… question what you believe!))
They say that this generator can be scaled to run a cell phone, a refrigerator, or even a house. So soon you will be able to buy these generators that will power your home and office buildings.
Now you’ve just eliminated the entire electrical grid. No more coal burning or nuclear plants or even hydro-dams to produce electricity. And no more wires to carry the electricity from the plant to your city or home.
And once you have invested in these home devices, you no longer have to pay at the pump or pay to heat your home, or pay for electricity!
Now that we’ve imagined a near future where energy is clean and FREE… You have to ask yourself what are we going to do with all this extra money? Where are all the displaced oil industry workers going to get a job? Probably in food industry in the green houses lit up and heated with free electricity!! And transported to market on free ‘gas’ (H2) or electric powered trucks and trains.
