Three Keys of Visualization
“I think I can, I think I can…”
But sometimes, you can, and sometimes, you can’t. What’s the difference? It lies in the way you think.
All the great masters of The Secret have gone through the trial-and-error process of trying to manifest a goal through visualization, and sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t. If you have sustained faith that you can follow the same path that they have, then self-inquiry alone can lead you to mastery of this technique.
But why not skip a few stages ahead? Study the masters, and they all agree on a few simple points.
When you visualize a goal, in order to make it manifest, it must have these three qualities:
1-It must be clear.
The more vivid and detailed you can make your visualization, the greater the chance of manifestation. Look small. What do youtr fingers do in your visualization? What does it smell like? What sounds can you hear? Incorporate all five senses, and (this is key), motion. See yourself moving in your visualization, feel the motion of your body.
2-It must be emotional.
Infusing a visualization with emotion gives it fuel. Gratitude, excitement, and love are all great emotions to use. Fear also works, as you may have accidentally already found out; to master manifestation, you must master your thoughts, and master your emotions. Feel the strong emotions when and where they serve you, and they serve you by being properly applied to your visualization.
3-It must be NOW.
Experience your dream as happening in the present tense. This is absolutely essential. If you visualize something happening ‘someday’ in the future, then it will always be in the future. If you feel gratitude that you have achieved your goal, now, then it will manifest in your current reality.
Give this a try. Sit back, relax, take a deep breath. Think of something you want to achieve.
1-Make it clear.
2-Infuse it with emotion.
3-Feel that emotion NOW.
Let me know if it works!
